Behind the scenes of our SS21 collection shoot
•Posted on January 22 2021

How do you create a spring like atmosphere in the middle of the snowy Swedish winter?
You find a swimming hall. That's exactly what we did for our Spring/summer 2021 photo shoot. And with high air temperature and humidity, it felt just like summer!

And in contrast to the swimming hall, we brought lots of flowers to the photo studio and set the light like a bright and sunny spring day. The collection features soft pastels and ditsy floral prints, which would set off any outfit.
SS21 also features our very first plant based tights. That's right, plant based. Namely the Castor bean plant. The extracted Castor bean oil is a 100% renewable resource that does not require large amounts of water and does not take land away from food production, how amazing is that. The style is called Cecilia and is a part of our Innovations by Swedish Stockings concept for 2021.

The team behind the shoot – photographer Magnus Ragnvid, stylist Malin Ummer, Makeup artist Mirja Andersson and Swedish Stockings’ Brand director Helena Squire who was responsible for the concept and creative direction.
