What is your best sustainable tip?
I think my best sustainable tip is to reuse as much as you can, I mean don't waste, you need to reduce your waste to the minimum. This is so fundamental. Before you throw away something, think what else could you do with it. And another very important thing is to be aware, inform yourself, do research, know as much as possible about the things you consume and use.
What is your best styling tip?
Never stop being yourself. It may seem like a cliché, but the truth is that the moment you stop dressing like yourself, you just become someone else, it is essential to feel comfortable with what you are wearing. On the other hand, if you always have problems when it comes to dressing – you don't know how to choose or what to wear, you feel insecure with the outfit you just chose and try another and another, etc. I totally recommend building a capsule wardrobe, it's the definitive solution.
Which style trend do you want to see again (or do you not want to see again)?
I really don't know... It's more those I don't wanna see again. I feel like today there are hundreds of trends coexisting and sometimes it makes things so confusing. Right now I'm praying that the low rise jeans don't come back.
Why is sustainability important to you?
It is important because it's literally the only way to save the Planet Earth. I try to remind myself and my followers of this whenever I can because these days it's easy to mistake sustainability for yet another trend.
What is the best fashion meets sustainability combo or tip that you have?
Reuse, recycle and upcycle. I mean, it's not necessary to clean your wardrobe and replace all your garments with new clothes from sustainable brands, you have to start with what's in your wardrobe now. Wear vintage: I love shopping in my mom's closet where there are also clothes that belonged to my grandmother.
