E-commerce Growth Specialist

As E-commerce Growth Specialist at Swedish Stockings, your main responsibility is to support the growth of our digital business. You're accountable for online sales performance (driving revenue, conversion, and customer lifetime value across our e-commerce site and online drop-ship partners) and making sure the basics (product data, availability, content) support that growth instead of holding it back.

This is a hands-on, numbers-driven role for someone who wants ownership of a growth number, not just a to-do list.

Sales & Performance:
  • Own online sales targets and KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, AOV, CLV) and report progress against them
  • Drive conversion rate optimization – run experiments (A/B tests, landing pages, checkout flow) and act on the results
  • Analyze sales performance and trends to identify and execute on growth opportunities, not just flag them
Performance Marketing & Paid Growth:
  • Support strategy and direction together with Head of E-commerce and our performance/paid marketing agency, not just coordinate communication
  • Hold budget responsibility for paid channels and ad spend; track and optimize ROAS and CAC
  • Turn performance marketing data into concrete action – creative, targeting, and budget shifts
CRM, Retention & Lifecycle:
  • Own email, CRM, and loyalty/retention programs as a core sales lever alongside acquisition
  • Build lifecycle campaigns (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back, VIP) to grow repeat purchase
E-commerce & Online Sales Operations:
  • Coordinate product uploads, assortments, and content across e-commerce platforms
  • Support execution of online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches
  • Ensure accurate product data, pricing, and availability online
  • Ensure consistency across all online touchpoints
Marketplace & Partner Coordination:
  • Coordinate campaigns, promotional activity, and product drops with online drop-ship partners
  • Ensure timely communication and strong relationships with online accounts
Operational Excellence:
  • Manage order flow, from purchase orders to delivery follow-up
  • Handle administrative tasks related to online sales
  • Ensure internal alignment between sales, logistics, and marketing
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven track record of growing D2C e-commerce revenue
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, performance marketing, and CRM/retention as growth levers, not separate disciplines
  • Comfortable owning a budget and being accountable for ROI
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce and marketing tools (e.g. Shopify, GA4, Meta/Google Ads; Klaviyo or similar CRM/email platform a plus)
  • Data-driven, structured, and able to move from analysis to action independently
  • Fluent in English; Swedish a plus

Internship Program

We're looking for high-spirited interns to join the Swedish Stockings team. In the internship you'll work together with the team at our office in central Stockholm, full-time. We're currently offering three internships:

  • E-commerce & Marketing – start in January
  • Graphic Design, Image & Social Media – start as soon as possible
  • PR & Marketing – start in November

E-commerce & Marketing
What you will do:
  • Assist in day-to-day e-commerce tasks such as product uploads and online merchandising
  • Create newsletters and other digital marketing
  • Support online campaigns, promotions and seasonal launches
  • Write copy and create content for our digital channels
  • Help follow up on online sales performance and KPIs
  • Support coordination with our online retail and drop-ship partners
  • General office duties such as administration and warehouse visits
You are:
  • Analytical and comfortable working with numbers and data
  • Interested in e-commerce, digital marketing and what drives online sales
  • Structured and detail oriented – you care about getting product data and content right
  • A strong writer with a good eye for content
  • Curious about tools like Shopify, Klaviyo and Google Analytics – experience is a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects) is a plus
  • Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable taking ownership of your tasks

Graphic Design, Image & Social Media
What you will do:
  • Social media planning (mainly Instagram and Pinterest)
  • Graphic assets to support launches, activations, events and social media (digital and print)
  • Assistance in in-house productions (pre and on set)
  • Post-production assistance – clipping videos, formatting images
  • Linesheets and decks to support wholesale and press
  • Packaging design
You are:
  • Comfortable and fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Knowledgeable in graphic hierarchy, typography and composition
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Comfortable and curious with AI – image generation, rendering videos etc.
  • Organized and proactive
  • Communicative and comfortable working in teams

PR & Marketing
What you will do:
  • PR loans – keep track of samples, organize loans, coordinate deliveries and follow up on returns
  • Social media planning – support content planning, creating and scheduling, mainly for TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Launches, activations & events – support planning and execution of campaign launches, brand activations and PR events
  • Influencer & PR outreach – assist with influencer gifting, media relations and collaborations
  • General marketing support – assist with ongoing projects, research and day-to-day tasks across the PR and marketing team
You are:
  • Organized, proactive and detail oriented
  • Communicative and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Creative, with a visual eye and an interest in fashion
  • Interested in PR, marketing and social media
  • Flexible, hands-on and eager to learn
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and take initiative

För att lyckas i rollen som lagerarbetare hos oss behöver du vara en positiv, ansvarstagande och noggrann person som drivs av att jobba mot uppsatta mål. Du är samarbetsvillig och har inställningen att allt går om man bara vill. Vi kommer att lägga stort fokus på din personliga lämplighet då du kommer att arbeta i ett litet team där kommunikation och bemötande mot kunder och kollegor är av största vikt. Det är meriterande om du tidigare jobbat på lager eller inom servicebranschen. Du behöver kunna hantera den teknik och data som lagerarbetet kräver.
