As we’re reaching the end of this year we asked our founder and CEO, Linn Frisinger, to summarize some of the achievements of the past year and what's to come in 2025.
What achievements from 2024 are you the most proud of?
In 2024, we proudly launched Treadfine, a platform dedicated to promoting sustainable hosiery production across the fashion industry. Treadfine leverages our expertise and allows us to empower other brands in creating responsibly produced legwear.
We are equally thrilled about our collaboration with London-based writer and digital creator Camille Charrière on the "For the Girls" capsule collection. Featuring styles crafted with 86% recycled materials, this collection exemplifies our commitment to sustainable fashion while engaging a diverse and global audience.

What do you look forward to for the upcoming year 2025?
For one, I am particularly excited about our ambitious sustainability goals for 2025. As part of our mission to revolutionize the hosiery industry, we will expand our Recycling Club, inviting other companies to participate in this transformative program. Next year we aim to collect more tights than we produce annually, reducing waste and driving the transition to a circular economy.
I'm looking forward to expanding our presence in the US and forming new, meaningful collaborations with like-minded partners who share our passion for fashion and innovation. These partnerships will enable us to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of hosiery and beyond. Moreover, one exciting initiative for the upcoming year is continuing to develop and create artworks from used tights, following the success of our From Tights to Tables-collaboration with Gustaf Westman.

What lessons do you take with you moving forward into 2025?
Tights are the plastic straw of fashion – and we aim to change that. However, this year it has become more clear than ever that while sustainability is a core value to us, it is simply not enough. To truly stand out as a brand, we need to focus on other important factors such as pricing, quality, and design. Tights are the ultimate fashion accessory that can elevate any outfit in an accessible way, which we will communicate even more next year.
If you could change one thing in the industry, what would it be and how?
It would be to foster greater collaboration among brands and manufacturers to drive sustainable innovation. By working together and sharing knowledge, we can address environmental challenges more effectively as well as create beneficial solutions for the whole industry. By viewing each other not as competitors but as allies in the pursuit of sustainability, we can learn from one another, implement best practices, and work towards industry-wide change. Partnership is the new form of leadership.

What is your most important priority as a leader this upcoming year?
I will continue to focus on communicating our vision to the team – why we do what we do. Working without prestige and encouraging feedback from everyone, regardless of the level of seniority, are two of the most important values to me. It’s about creating an environment where the best ideas can emerge and thrive, no matter where they come from. Striving to be a good leader requires constant learning and a commitment to growth.
To develop, I attend leadership training courses with Dale Carnegie. I'm also a part of the Prince Daniel’s Fellowship in Sweden where I receive valuable guidance and inspiration from other business leaders.
