Junior Buyer/Controller

As a Buyer at Swedish Stockings you are responsible for purchasing and managing our product stock to make sure we meet our sales and inventory goals. You work closely with the Product Manager to curate upcoming collections and bringing your data-driven perspective to ensure that we have an effective product range.

Responsibilities:

Make sure we have the right product, in the right time
Present product sales to the rest of the team on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Make sure the systems are updated with correct product information
Coordinate samples and production planning
Coordinate product specific assets, such as packaging development and labeling
Analyze performance and stock levels to make informed purchase decisions
Involved in selling tools and assortment overviews
Attest of PO and issuing invoice
Sustainability administration

You are/ have:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent within Business Administration, Fashion
Buying or related field 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Buyer, Controller or similar
An analytical and business mindset, as well as great organization and multitasking skills
An interest for the fashion industry
Fluent in English (Swedish is also meritorious but not necessary)

Wholesale Account Executive

Are you driven by our mission to change an entire industry? Swedish Stockings is looking for a driven and proactive Wholesale Account Executive to represent our company and help us scale our business internationally.

We offer you a position in a fast-growing company where we practice hands-on and innovative problem solving. With your proactive mindset, you’ll be the point of contact between the company and its sales partners, managing and supporting operations to build the brand in Sweden as well as on an international level. The role as Wholesale Account Executive is a junior position with great development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Drive short and long-term wholesale growth
Ensure merchandising, stock levels, orders and general operations are optimized to ensure excellent service to our partners
Identify sales opportunities with new and established business partnerships
Seek new prospects in line with brand positioning strategy
Lead meetings with current and prospective partners to present upcoming collection
Carry out administrative tasks including placing and processing orders, following up on payments and supporting the logistic team
Store visits to partners to conduct product trainings and ensure that our products are presented according to company standards
Develop and optimize our B2B systems and sales tools

You are/have:

A result driven and highly passionate sales professional
Service minded personality who walks the extra mile to serve and develop our wholesale partners
Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written
Three years of proven experience from wholesale management, it is a great advantage if you have experience from the fashion industry
Excellent communication and people skills
Structured and well-organized
Flexible in your working schedule, as the role includes moderate travel

Lagermedarbetare till Köping

Vi söker en driven arbetare på deltid till vårt lager utanför Köping. Är du student eller har en annan huvudsaklig syssla och vill jobba extra kan detta vara en tjänst för dig! Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer bestå av plockning, packning och frakthantering av våra produkter.

Din profil:

För att lyckas i rollen som lagerarbetare hos oss behöver du vara en ansvarstagande och noggrann person som drivs av att jobba mot uppsatta mål. Du är samarbetsvillig och har inställningen att allt går om man bara vill. Det är meriterande om du tidigare jobbat på lager eller inom servicebranschen, datorvana är meriterande.

Bo i närheten av Köping och kunna ta dig till och från området på flexibla tider

Marketing & Production Internship

We're looking for high spirited interns with great interest and understanding of marketing and product development to join the Swedish Stockings team. In this internship you'll be expected to work together with the team at the office in central Stockholm full-time. We are continuously reviewing applications. At the moment we're looking for interns with a start period in December or January.

What you will do:

Being involved in new designs and innovations
Update our system with new and changed products
Update certificates as well as our code of conduct
Responsible for a product from start to finished product
Work with our journal as well as our Social Media platforms
General office duties such as administration and inventory/warehouse visits
Coordinate press loans
Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns and other content for our digital channels
Find and establish valuable relationships with influencers
Arrange and follow up ambassador campaigns
Coordinate ambassador content
Assist in e-commerce related tasks such as online merchandising

You are:

You are interested to understand and be involved in a purpose-company
Fluent in English and Swedish (speaking and writing)
An organised, self-sufficient and motivated individual that works great in teams as well as independently
Not afraid of getting your hands dirty and support where needed
Knowledge and interest in fashion and sustainability
Background in Marketing/PR is a plus
