This AW24 we’ve teamed up with London-based artist Helen Bullock to bring her iconic hand-drawn motifs to our tights — transforming this wardrobe staple into a whimsical limited-edition accessory that is sure to entice conversation.
We immediately fell in love with Helen’s beautiful, bold and expressive prints and were super excited to give our customers an opportunity to wear them with this limited edition capsule collection.
What is the story behind this collaboration?
I was introduced to the Swedish Stockings Recycling Club by a friend and designer Phoebe English and become intrigued by the brand and what it stands for, and so I reached out about a potential collab.
What was your creative inspiration behind this collection?
I wanted to create something rich and decadent. I started off looking at Dutch Flower paintings, and then let the Autumn flowers and berries around me creep in... with a backdrop drop of an extravagant and debauched party in an old stately home!
What does sustainability in fashion mean to you?
A bette future! I love what Swedish Stockings is doing, from producing with recycled and certified natural materials and also by collecting old, used tights through the Recycling Club to close the loop on nylon waste. I hope other brands are inspired by what yo are doing and start moving in this direction.
Who are your style icons, dead or alive?
Mia Farrow (Rosemarys Baby) and Courtney Love (The 90's!).
