Supply Chain Operator

Are you driven by a mission to change an entire industry? Swedish Stockings is looking for a Supply Chain Operator to take ownership of structuring and driving the flow of goods across our operations.

You will play a key role in an international scale-up, working close to decision-making with real impact. You will contribute to reducing environmental impact through smarter inventory planning and logistics choices. 

You will join a dynamic team with short decision paths, where you are encouraged to take ownership, challenge existing ways of working, and actively contribute to building scalable supply chain processes for the future.

You will play an important part in implementing our new ERP and set the routines for scalable supply chain processes.

Responsibilities
  • Article and product master data management
  • Forecast orders, optimize stock levels and ensure efficient inventory planning
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, aswell as incoterms and trade complience
  • Maintain close collaboration with warehouse teams and logistics partners
  • Manage orders and deliveries for partnerships and white label business
  • Analyze and follow up on sales reports, forecasts and KPIs, and proactively plan actions based on insights
  • Work cross-functionally and act as project lead in supply chain related initiatives
Your profile
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Highly structured and organized, with a flexible and solution-oriented approach
  • Experience in export and international logistics
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience required
  • Experience from the fashion industry is a strong advantage

Swedish Stockings’ headquarters are located at Skeppargatan in Stockholm. We operate our own warehouse in Köping and work with a 3PL partner in the US.

Lagermedarbetare i Köping

Vi söker en driven arbetare till vårt lager utanför Köping. Vill du arbeta deltid med möjlighet till mer kan detta vara en tjänst för dig! Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att bestå av plockning, packning och frakthantering av våra produkter samt returhantering och kundtjänst.

Din profil:

För att lyckas i rollen som lagerarbetare hos oss behöver du vara en positiv, ansvarstagande och noggrann person som drivs av att jobba mot uppsatta mål. Du är samarbetsvillig och har inställningen att allt går om man bara vill. Vi kommer att lägga stort fokus på din personliga lämplighet då du kommer att arbeta i ett litet team där kommunikation och bemötande mot kunder och kollegor är av största vikt. Det är meriterande om du tidigare jobbat på lager eller inom servicebranschen. Du behöver kunna hantera den teknik och data som lagerarbetet kräver.

  • God fysisk form då arbetet innebär att du kommer stå och vara i rörelse under hela arbetspasset
  • Bo i närheten av Köping och kunna ta dig till och från området på flexibla tider

Internship Program

We're looking for high spirited interns to join the Swedish Stockings team. In the internship you'll be expected to work together with the team at the office in central Stockholm full-time. We offer two internship programs:

  • Marketing & E-commerce
  • Production – application closed at the moment

We are continuously reviewing applications. At the moment we're looking for Marketing & E-commerce interns to start in May/June.

What you will do (production):
  • Being involved in new designs and innovations
  • Update our system with new and changed products
  • Update certificates as well as our code of conduct
  • Responsible for a product from start to finished product
  • Coordinate samples
  • General office duties such as administration and warehouse visits
What you will do (marketing & e-commerce):
  • Coordinate social media platforms
  • Coordinate press loans
  • Create content for our digital channels and marketing campaigns
  • Find and establish valuable relationships with influencers
  • Arrange and follow up ambassador campaigns and content
  • Assist in e-commerce related tasks such as online merchandising
  • Create newsletters and other digital marketing
  • General office duties such as administration and warehouse visits
You are:
  • You are interested to understand and be involved in a purpose-company
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (speaking and writing)
  • An organised, self-sufficient and motivated individual that works great in teams as well as independently
  • Not afraid of getting your hands dirty and support where needed
  • Knowledge and interest in fashion and sustainability
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Could is a plus
  • Background in production or marketing/PR/e-com is a plus
